The VitalChild platform is purpose built with data transparency in mind. Though we are able to segregate cases and functions based on your profile, all the data, including any added data tables that are unique to you can be exposed throughout the application as if they were native. Including reports, workspaces and areas, etc.

|Our solution, VitalChild, is a child centric solution that will seamlessly connect intake personnel with concerned citizens and mandatory reporters. It is currently equipped with phone, the internet, email, and text message connectivity. We modernize the intake and reporting process for abuse and neglect while increasing accountability and helping ensure that information received is accurate, complete, and that appropriate action is taken. The intake process can be tailored to the reporter and the report type being given. Once a completed report is collected, a child report/case is created and investigators can be automatically or manually assigned to the case.|
VitalChild’s mobility features enable investigators to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively, and ultimately help more children in need. Investigators are notified on their mobile device when assigned a new case, and may choose to accept or reject the case based on their availability. If the investigator rejects the case, it is rerouted to another investigator. If the investigator accepts the case, VitalChild grants immediate access to the child’s case profile, which includes all information relevant to the incident. Investigators can complete assessments about the child or their environment, plus add notes, photos and videos, all from their mobile device. All collected information is immediately available in the secure Oracle Government Cloud. If an investigator feels they are in danger, a discreet panic button can be utilized to immediately notify the police and supervisor of their exact location. The mobile capabilities of VitalChild will minimize the need for office work and promote accuracy in data collection, analysis and reporting, all while helping to ensure that no child is lost in the system.
VitalChild provides caseworkers with powerful tools to help personalize care and treatment plans for each child, enabling them to create better outcomes for all children who enter the system. Case records can be accessed from a desktop or mobile device and contain all relevant collected data, enabling caseworkers to educate themselves on the background of each child and their situation prior to a visit. Important dates and appointments can be logged in the system and shared with the child’s guardian through the guardian portal, creating an auditable trail of communication between caseworker and guardian. Field work can be completed on-site with the mobile application; caseworkers even have the ability to capture notes, photos, and videos in real-time. If a caseworker feels they are in danger, a discreet panic button can be utilized to immediately notify the police and supervisor of their exact location. VitalChild includes an intelligent placement tool that will help ensure a great fit for both the child and adoptive parent. Modernizing current application processes will allow your organization to reach potential applicants through an easy to use online portal. Once the application is completed and accepted, adoptive parents will have access to their own guardian portal. Caseworkers will have the ability to send information to prospective adoptive parents and complete necessary assessments for achieving certification from their mobile device. Once a child is placed with a guardian, caseworkers can communicate with the parents through the guardian portal ensuring that court dates, meaningful guidance and all tools necessary to complete the adoption process are easily accessible to the caseworker and adoptive parents.
